4. Decide who gets the complimentary treatment. Keep it for yourself or give it to someone special.
5. Contact our team to book your complimentary treatment. If you're gifting the bonus to someone else, let us know so it can be assigned correctly.
6. Redeem the complimentary treatment within 90 days of purchase.

• Promotions cannot be combined. Gift cards may not be applied toward Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day or other promotional pricing unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The complimentary treatment must be used within 90 days of the original gift card purchase date or the complimentary treatment will expire.
• The 90-day promotional redemption period applies only to the complimentary treatment and not to the purchased gift card value.
• Complimentary treatments have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or another promotional offer.
• Complimentary treatments are subject to appointment availability.
• All medical aesthetic treatments require consultation and are subject to medical eligibility and practitioner approval.
